Let’s see. Replaced my windshield on my Toyota FJ Cruiser. Yesterday was the first day I drove my car after the repair, drove it to and from work, and on the way home, a piece of my car (a piece they had to remove to change the windshield) came flying off of my car on I-295 at 65 mph. Why? Because they broke it. There was ZERO issue with the vehicle prior to this installation. I have been waiting for my appointment for a week. I took off work to get my glass replaced and camera recalibrated. Even called ahead to co firm OEM windshield had arrived. “Yes sir. Don’t you worry about that” I was told. So I took off work and drove 30 miles each way. An hour into my scheduled appointment time I was told that my glass isn’t here and it will take up to three more days. i don’t know who dropped the ball but now I will have to take off work a other day, do the 60 mile hike again, and hope it’s right this tim... read more

Safelite replaced my windshield a couple of years ago and more recently my passenger side window. They were able to get the job done quickly, the customer service is great and the work is flawless. I would highly recommend them.

Damaged my car during replacement. No way to get ahold of office. Have to spend hours trying to get a resolution. Cowling covers destroyed- not sealed properly. Windshield was scratched and not sealed to the rear view correctly. Technician was RUDE! Avoid!!!
I made an appointment on the 28th and took the day off, the 6th, for it. Foolishly I made it in the afternoon so I wouldn’t be rushed in the am. Well I got a call (voicemail) at 7:45 am saying I’ll be late. Ok, not too big of a deal. Except it’s now 6:30pm and I haven’t heard anything else. This is a chip fill. Underimpressed to say the least.
I had my windshield repaired today at this location (Jacksonville). Everyone there was so friendly and polite. It was easy to see that customer service is important to all their employees. I would highly recommend them for any windshield/glass work you need.

Made an appointment for a windshield replacement through my insurance company. Safelite arrived on time for their scheduled appointment at my house. In fact, they arrived right at 8am, when the appointment said they could arrive any time between 8am and 12pm. Installers were friendly, respectful and did a great job. They finished in the expected time they told me (~1.5 hours). My experience was very pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate using them again!

Well I had a broken windshield. I had to make an appointment at SafeliteJacksonville shop. They would not change the 2014 Prius windshield in my driveway because of the radar calibration. I was also told my insurance would cover it though I explained it wouldn’t I don’t have comprehensive. It didn’t. After waiting 2 hours outside with no seating I was told they didn’t have the software to calibrate my ten year old model. I was told I would have to take to the local dealer.
