RecommendedI recommend this location the Customer Service from start to finish was very PROFESSIONAL. The waiting area very bright, clean, WI-FI, and the wait was not long at all. Hats off to Mr. Dave who was my Service Tech...enjoyed the conversation.
My husband had a cracked windshield. Safelite came out to Fernandina to check it, they said our truck had rust around it, a little, so they couldnt fix it with rust on it. So my husband fixed the rust,called them again, the same guy came out. He said they couldn't fix the windshield with bondo on it, which they didnt say, before. There is a shop manager named Allen, and there was one that was over him that I spoke to. The head guy said to make sure I said this on a review, Its for safety of customers that's their policy. The worst glass replacement company ever!!! I used them to replace the windshield in my vehicle and constantly had issues with scheduling. Apparently their employees run personal errands on the clock instead of fulfilling appointments. I will never use them again!!!

RecommendedHands down, the best service to my car and customer service. My windshield was replaced within a hour and everyone was polite and patient. Steve taught me something about my car (lol - I didn’t know I had another camera), and he explained the purpose for calibrating. I hope I never need the service again, but should I, I’m returning to this location.
This company is a joke. They had no appointments available for over a week and then cancelled the day of and asked me to wait another week because they were all "booked up". I tried calling customer service about resolving the situation but nobody answered and the phone continuously rang. I tried talking to corporate's customer care but they were also unavailable. I cancelled my claim with Safelite and was able to have my glass repaired within 6 hours once requesting a competitor. You guys suck so bad its hilarious. Thanks f... read more
