Don’t use safelite.... if your insurance company gives you the option, take it somewhere else. They damaged my vehicle, the tech called his supervisor while on-site and supposedly he was on vacation and the supervisor on duty was going to call me back that day, never did! So I called in on the 800 number and there was nothing noted on my claim that they had done even done any damage to my vehicle! I also have the tar stuff they use all over the windshield. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This location caused damage to the vehicle ! Was sent to the body shop to be “repaired” and during this time HUNDREDS of DOLLARS worth of items was stolen out of our vehicle . They rummaged through everything in the car . They are taking zero responsibility for what has happen ! Corporate is taking zero responsibility for this and is covering for these crooked people !
I would not recommend Safeltie to anyone, ever. I had an appointment scheduled with a 5 hour window, they called near the end of it saying it'd be another 2 hours, which would be 8:00 at night. They still did NOT come and then did not call, text or leave me a message. IT gets better the techs voicemail was full and he would not even return a text, then no correspondence the next day either yet I get an email to rate my experience. They were polite, knowledgeable & on time. No issues.
I booked a appointment for a window replacement received all confirmation emails and texts. When I log I to my account the appointment is gone. Call the shop they NEVER answer. Call customer service they dont know what happened or why the appointment is gone and they try to call the shop through "another number" and they dont get any answer either.
