Thank you safelite for making me wait 37 days for a new winshiled that I was told was on order 3 seperate times. I would also like to say thank you for my after service care. 3 days after install we had rain. Well my new fresh winshield poured water on me all day. When I got back in touch with you guys I was told it would be a week and a half before it could be even looked at .Here we sit 40plus days so far. Took the truck in for a windshield crack. They had it done in about an hour and half. Even cleaned the side glass and vacuum the inside to. Very happy with the service I received.
Seven weeks, and my windshield is STILL not repaired!
Appointment Scheduled 5 days prior for windshield The day before email at 1:30 confirming appointment for following day between 12-5. 3 1/2 hours later 4:55 pm - Phone call to tell me I need to reschedule! WTF???? People Find a Local Glass Company & Deal With THEM - Not Safelite!
Contacted on May 17th,2018 appointment was scheduled for May 22nd,2018. Tech was friendly but there was a scratch on the glass so he had to order another one. I was informed it would be 2 business days and Safelite would contact me. May 25th came around still no call from Safelite. I called Safelite’s office and rep was somewhat rude and they still did not have my glass in. May 30th still no call from Safelite so I just scheduled my appointment online for June 5th. Last week set at appointment for today 12 noon to 5pm. No call and no show from this irresponsible company. I would never use them and advise all don't waste time with them.
We have been rescheduled three different times over several weeks after they missed each appointment. Even now, their story keeps changing. It makes me want to start my own auto glass replacement business because it can certainly be done better than this.
