Do not deal with Farmer insurance I had business insurance and they where ripping me off for years going up every 6 months I had call main office to cancel with them they told me its policy is to write a letter so I did not need a letter for them to get me started with them ??? Terrible ******** service and no billing consistency. When I questioned a charge, the representative said, "we are a heavily Feed billing company". Ok, so if you aren't interested in being heavily billed, choose a different company.
We were insured with Foremost insurance on our home. We made the mistake of tearing down a shed and the pictures that were taken of our property had the pile of trash in them. Without even asking us about the pile, (which of course we were going to remove, but due to our remote location, getting a bin took some time.) Foremost cancelled our insurance. I have never had better service and support in my life. My agent Christian******** goes above and beyond his duties. When I had a claim not only did the adjuster come out as promised but Christian came as well. They made sure that I was paid for the problem that occurred. I can't imagine having anybody but the Christian******** Agency and Farmers Insurance. Thank you BBB for giving us a place to share are good and bad stories.
Terrible. Bristol West quoted a certain price for insurance that I agreed and signed for. The next month they doubled the payment due because of their own alleged computer errors. I asked for a resolution, but they refused to do any compromise. Stay away from this company!

This is not my insurance company I was hit by someone who has them and they were incredibly rude and not easy to deal with. It took nine days for me to get a rental car approved, despite many phone calls and I did everything I needed to do on my part. They told me to upload pictures of the car and then sent me a check for not even close to the price it was to fix my car. I've had my motorcycle insurance the last 3 years at foremost, and today I had a popped tire so I called to have a tow Which tow has always been a coverage on my policy that I've paid for the last 3 years.. foremost said the truck was dispatched at 6:30 and now it's almost 9:50pm and have yet to have the truck show up. Pro tip- Triple A has MUCH better rates and service! Farmers has the WORST service! We cancelled our policies in July of 2019. Farmers sent a refund check for overages paid. However, they continued to charge our debit card for the policies for the following three months. I had to report it as fraud to block future charges. Then in January of 2020 we received a bill for coverage in August 2019. We spent probably 4-5 hours trying to cancel the original policies, and an additional 2 hours fighting over this new bill. They need to be investigated, keep getting calls at all times of the day including at 6am. Already insured, have requested to take me off the list and they keep calling.
