She is very rude and does not want to work with the other parties. Evidence was not looked at by any means all judgment was based off of he said she said. This is the WORST company ever!!! Do NOT do business with them!!! Our policy was NEVER put into place correctly and once it finally was correct, the premium was so unbelievably high - we couldn't afford it, so we canceled. During this time, we changed banks and I updated everything correctly ******, or so I thought. Dont buy farmers insurance, you **** receive a collection letter after you cancel their service to go with Geico or another insurance. Farmers won't help you with anything

After being a loyal ******** with Farmers Insurance, paying my policy once a year and paying high premiums. Once I got in accident I had to fight with them every **** of my claim, they refused to pay my rear bumper claiming it was not part of that accident which means I have to file a separate claim and pay another deductible. She confirmed that the damages to her 2016 Toyota Tundra were from the passenger **** front bumper and down the entire side of the vehicle. Horrible service, very dirty company!! They do not want to pay out their claims, tell people that their renters insurance with liability **** not cover the damages they cause to their rental because they ***'t do that. I had to have the property manager call and complain because she understood their verbiage better then I did. They have been nothing but horrible to deal with and I **** be canceling my service with them as soon as my claim is paid

Farmer's Insurance is not a company that supports families. I was hit by one of their clients. I had a three month old child in the car. They said they were going to take full responsibility. Wrong. The police officer, fire chief and the child's doctor all told us the car seat and base had to be replaced. Any time there is a severe impact, the seat has to be replaced.
