I've had 2 claims and every time I've needed help the policy never covers it work I need. The adjuster Jacob was rude the supervisor *********** is no better. Know since I've called and called it's covered, but the deductible is high. They tells me that they ***'t have a complaints ********** that I **** need to reach the claims ********** and talk to a supervisor. When that is done I still ***'t get any results. Know I'm getting mail telling me it's time to update my policy. I've had this policy since 2006.

I had to have 3 claims people out from Farmers for my roof and *** hail claim. The first person was visibly upset, agitated and hostile to me. Said there was little damage. The second did not want to cover all of the roofs and the third covered my *** but refused the broken windshield which later found it should be included in the claim but was to late to reclaim it. Great company with a solid financially sound product at a great price. I'm very pleased with my experience and I almost cut my auto rates in half for more coverage.

Jeremy just contacted me and asked if I am requesting a quote for a poperty that I am doing due diligence on or if its a property that we currently own. Jeremy explained that his staff works for free when dealing with our company because the owners haven't moved forward with his past quotes and your employees only receive commission but as I have explained to him in the past once I collect the quotes I forward them to the owners and they make a decision, also again these were not our properties I requested quotes for. My wife was rear ended almost a year and half ago at red light by a woman on her phone that has Farmers insurance. Before that day my wife never had a back issue but since then it has changed her life. She is in pain all the time. Farmers insurance is an absolute joke My wife sustained a back injury and it's been almost 2 years and they still haven't settled.

Do not use this company or you **** get screwed. Had 2 estimates over $30,000 and they paid less than $10,000. Been fighting them for 3 yrs 4mnths for them to tell me I only had 365 days to repair my house and they were not paying anymore. I have been with them since 1983. And actually was employed by them for over 17 years.

I followed an ****** link for an AD&D insurance policy from Farmers and when it was Emailed to me it was totally different from what I read in the ad. I responded to their email telling them to cancel and was told that it had to be done in writing. I then went looking at consumer affairs, BBB and other review sites and found out how horrible this company really is. I wouldn't buy a used car from them now let alone an insurance policy that I depend on for future security and service.
