This company re leased over 83,000.00 to Mann brothers a company hired to fix our house after losing everything in a fire. It has taken almost 2 years to just be able to live in. MY HOUSE IS NOT FINISHED! FARMERS WILLINGLY GAVE MONEY TO MANN BROTHERS KNOWING WE DID NOT HAVE A CONTRACT. BACK OFF AMERICA ALSO DID THE SAME. NOW EACH IS BLAMING THE OTHER WHILE WE SUFFER ONCE AGAIN AND VICTIMIZED OVER AND OVER

Terrible terrible twice road side assistance has left me for over two hours they have towing companies cancel and ***'t tell you. This time it is 3 hours and still waiting I am right off of I70 and route 19 probably 50 towing companies nearby. 50 degrees out beautiful weather. The worst part is that their app shows me a countdown and arriving shortly for an hour so I call and they tell me oh we had four towing companies cancel. They said 45 minutes this time. If you scroll down this page you **** see that I left a complaint on Aug 30th, 2018. It looks as though all other complaints have at least had a response from Foremost/Farmer's Ins Group regarding their complaints. They have not responded to my complaint here and are still refusing to pay a legitimate claim. Since Aug 30th, I've had 2 contractors look at my home. Great service, best rates around. I have shopped it and I've shopped it. No one can beat them. My agent goes above and beyond. I love that they call me every year to make sure that nothing has changed and check in, they also send birthday cards. So sweet, really a personal touch!

Is there a negative rating? Worst company ever! The agents office is a joke and the agent is no where to be found. ***'t know who she is as she never takes the call. The staff has messed up my policy and two years later I still ***'t have a resolution. Is the Corporate office watching the diminishing Stars? HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Called while I was at Comic Con to cancel my policy due to the fact they raised my insurance premium unfairly. Recieved a ticket and went to traffic school to remove it. Farmers still did not care and said they would NOT do anything about it. When I called in July I asked to cancel and they lady on the phone did a verbal authorization to cancel my policy. However next month and the following months they DID NOT actually cancel the policy. It is now September and I wrote them a message to cancel the policy last month and they... read more

I had been a ******** for over 30 years and was aware there was a 'discount' if the insured had multiple cars, houses, and other insurable policies through Farmers. What I did not realize was if a policy was canceled, Farmers Insurance expected to have the policy holder return the portion of the discount back to them. I would give a zero star rating if I could. My home sustained substantial losses during a storm with heavy wind gusts that rendered it uninhabitable. PVC sewer pipes were ripped apart 10-12 inches and much more physical damage than I can list occurred during the overnight storm of May 4-5th, 2018. There were extensive, statewide power outages due to fallen trees/power lines. This company is a fraud, I purchased ride share insurance on my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and was told multiple times while signing up my vehicle was covered through this insurance for everything, well I had an accident and now they say because I had a passenger ** the vehicle I am not covered, Do Not Do business with these liars and frauds. A pure and simple bunch of thieves!!!!!!!
