I went through an auto insurance claim against Farmers in San Jose, CA. First, the injury and property claims sides of this company are purposely split into two. This is done so that the property side can give you the infinite run around independently of the injury side, which is usually more litigious and costly. beware of farmers ins i had a total lose on my car it was 20 days old i bought it at invoice i owed $...XXXXX farmers offerd me$ XXXXX,i had to hire attorney.i had been with farmers for 30 years to make long story short .and 3 month later they paid$ XXXXX.farmers is a rip off.if your house were to burn down they would really get you...

During covid -19 I've contacted my agent several times not once several finally was told Bristol west insurance would not be providing discounts however my vehicle has not moved since March 13th day we went on lockdown till today still has not moved Bristol west continues to deduct full payments no discounts this company should be ashamed of themselves

These rats don't care about the costumer. I can't even get a hold on my agent and when i do it only get worst and they lie. All the want to do is push you to buy policies you don't need and if you don't do it they will leave you hanging. Also one of the agents opened a policy under my name and i had no idea until i got a letter saying that i owed money and i was sent to collection.

This company will steal money from you plain and simple. When you cancel your policy, watch your statements becuase they will keep drafting payments. Just spoke with a supervisor who told me once they charge they do not issue refunds regardless of mistake or even when they were told this is theft. Even during this time of Covid19. They took my last 70$ and now I have to somehow try to make it the rest of the week until payday with 2.57 in my account. I would not **** on this company or its employees if they were on fire. Tyler ***** started off great but ended up concerned about the bag! He has a lot of very good traits, respectable, hard working, does hood at picking a house for you and on top of things. But as soon as you get close to settlement and he sees that dollar sign he starts to just push things through and gets sloppy. Paid in years on a life insurance/401k type retirement plan... I mean years of payments. In 2011 I called the agent to cancel because I finally had a job that gave me insurance and retirement. So I called the agent and canceled but when I asked how to get my money back I learned there was a HUGE penalty for withdrawing early. I have a 49-day claim with this insurance and they still do not respond to me and in my policy I have rental car coverage when I ask my name adjuster David ****** for the rental car his answer was go to the rental company pay it out of your wallet and in the end it will be returned to you. Stupid response as an adjuster.
