I am a provider for the disabled and we cannot get proper care at Sacred Heart they will deny them care and tell us to take them home no matter how bad of a crisis they are in! It's a disaster and this hospital needs to lose their certification!
Not lose patients and be faster in getting people with breathing problems/chest hurting back quicker. There were people who came in after that had things like a sore back that went back within 15 minutes and they came 1.5 hours later than us. Another girl walked in fine and acted fine and she was taken back within 5 minutes.
Can someone please tell me?........When did it become ok for a MALE NURSE to grab a patients family member and shove them leaving marks and a bruise? Last I heard it was NEVER! My friend has been sitting in the waiting room bleeding to the point of losing consciousness for 5 hours. I refuse to believe that in 5 hours there wasn't anyone who could see her.
This hospital enjoys being rude. The security guards treat you like raw meat and toss you out. I will NEVER come back. All the hospitals in Spokane treat you inhumanly.
Your employee Rachael Rydholm is a homophobe. And when you represent a place of care. You should be careful about what you do and say. Either keep your mouth shut about your personal opinion if it is not beneficial to the conversation or dont publically advertise your place of work on a social platform. Its bad publicity for her self and your company.
My daughter was life flighted to Spokane from Lewiston after having a horrible bicycle accident. The staff there were so helpful for her as well as us. I'm so grateful for the whole team. She is recovering well. Thank you all.
