my mother and father in law went into the er st 4:30pm om Monday because his doctor told him his liver was failing and need to get in asap. they weren't even seen until almost 10pm. they are still in the ER at 10:45am waiting to have surgery and there is still no time set up yet. This is outrageous. 18 hours and still in a ER room even though he needs surgery. horrible way to treat anyone especially a vet.
RecommendedSacred Heart Hospital is our preferred hospital especially since they have saved my husband’s life twice.
I received excellent care when I went to the ER for a suspected heart attack, and was subsequently admitted. Everyone was kind, caring, professional. I’d especially like to commend the nurse, Shannon, on the 9th floor. She was awesome!
I have been here since August 1. I was transferred from Kadlec Hospital in the Tri Cities. I have to my stay so far has been a pleasant one. The nurses, doctors and staff have been a joy to talk with. The doctors have kept me very well informed about my care and what the plan of action is for the day is. The nurses are very enthusiastic about taking care of their patients. They have made me feel like I was family not another patient in their book.

Poorly thought of children’s day surgery center.
I want to send my biggest thanks to the ER staff at Sacred Heart this morning (7/15/19) from 2am-5:30am. The nurse and doctor were exemplary. I was extremely uncomfortable and unable to eat or sleep and they were able to both alleviate my uncomfort and allow me to get a little bit of rest before discharging me. I am both able to eat again and rest thanks to your extraordinary staff. Thank you all so much.
The ER is what it is. Nobody likes going to the ER and it just all around sucks. Once I got seen what stood out to me most were how attentive and caring and positive all of the staff were. They were constantly making sure that all my needs were met, I was in a pretty dark place at the time. Becca down in Pediatrics was world class!!
