The doctors and nurses on the maternity floor were amazing and friendly. My 8 day stay there to have my twins was amazing and stress free. Staff made sure I had everything I needed and checked on me regularly. I’m so happy I chose to deliver at Holy Family!

Tonight was, by and far, my best ever emergency department visit!! There was a rather large group of people waiting to become patients. The waiting and triage nurses were fantastic. Showing super human levels of compassion. And my care team tonight were better than the Avengers and Justice League combined!! Absolute heroes!!
I have been in and out of this hospital my entire life more so recently the past 9 month with a clotting disorder. I’ve never felt more disrespected and set aside like I was nothing. Giving meds late, or forgetting them all together and when you ask for a change in a message they don’t just change the dose they change the medication completely while you sit here being belittled while waiting for the original med that was due almost 2 hours prior.
Providence Sacred Heart psychiatric ward is a torture chamber. They coerce people into letting the hospital electrocute their brain repeatedly. They strap people to beds, injecting them with drugs they know are harmful, that cause brain damage. Forcing people to take drugs against their will. Drugs that actually cause psychosis. Have all your doctors forgotten what it's like to be human and have scary health concerns? Is it conceivable to anyone in your ER that not everyone is a drug seeker but sometimes people are having serious possibly life threatening symptoms which is why they are at the ER!? Not only did your ER doctor treat me with complete disrespect, the notes he wrote to my doctor for my follow up we're complete lies. Providence in the Spokane area is an embarrassment for the city. The emergency room is possibly their greatest area of incompetence. A group of 4th graders would run the emergency room more proficiently and honestly. The entire criminal corporation is a greedy disgrace. Now, there are a few honest competent people in the corporation BUT the system is set up to make money instead of helping people and all the employees follow this flawed system. Sad. Sad. Sad.
