Last few times that my friend and I have been to holy family they have done nothing. They make us wait, take a couple looks, prescribe medication and send us on our way. Tonight with an ear infection where they offered him antibiotic and pain reliever while we were in the room and then discharged him in pain without the offered medications. My wife was sent here by another facility with concerns of a ruptured appendix. That was 6plus hours ago. Junkie after junkie going back for care. Non critical injury after non critical injury. This place is a joke! How much you want to bet the bill is already at our house. Perhaps billing should be in charge of patient care ?

This is how they treat people with gastroparesis during a vomiting episode. 4 hours here and have her some meds sent us in the hall to wait it out with all the flu ridden folks. 30 min goes by they told us no more meds and she's puking again!!

After waiting 4 hours to be seen by a doc in the back room that never showed up. A bald guy nurse came in to take vitals and when we asked when my sister was going to be seen by the dr. He was very rude and told us that there was people that were dying on each side of us. I would be very upset if someone told a person that I didnt even know that my family members were dying. Good nurses. But why does the women's center hate kids?? And why are the doctors rude and mockery? And in a place where people are sick/hurting and or Having kids should you have to Pay to see them?

I came into the ER vomiting, shitting blood for five days straight, and significant abdominal pain, and as soon as I mentioned that I struggle with mental health issues, they called security and shoved me into a corner or the waiting room alone and shivering for several hours before I finally just left. I am incredibly sick, but was treated like a fucking animal.

I will say we had an amazing doctor and staff earlier today when we were here about 11am, were released and then had to come back about 9:30PM because my fiancé has cyclic vomiting, gastritis, and other syndromes and has been vomiting blood and bile for 28 hours now. We had no choice but to come back to ER this evening 2/3/18 and the same tech, assistant or nurse at ER registration check in desk at Holy Family Maybelle (blonde hair, straight, average height/weight) that's laughed and been rude before again was very rude tell... read more
