My sister has been in the waiting room for an hour with a kidney stone and still have not been assisted. Met with rude unsympathetic nurses. The stuff is by far the worst I have witnessed in spokane.

Rude. Selfish people. Don't care about anyone other than a damn paycheck. Act like a bunch of stuck up jerks. You all should be fired and closed down!!! I will never visit you. EVER

Emergency visit at HFH ER with a close and beloved relative today . . .. As always with the visits we have made with our elder relatives (several with them in the last few years), the doctor, nurses and staff were first rate--compassionate and competent. Thank you!

What an amazing hospital! My uncle has been in Holy family for the past week and they have been nothing but absolutely amazing and helpful! They have treated him with amazing care and not only that but they were incredibly kind to my entire family who was in and out all week. Thank you so much to the staff here! You all are amazing!!

Waited 5 hours in the ER waiting room with difficulty breathing and not able to sleep. GAVE UP people who had been there hours before me were still waiting. PATHETIC
