Went in by ambulance with a heart attack, left two days later upright . They saved my life and the staff were awesome. The nurses on the 6th floor are the best. Thanks for everything, and Merry Christmas.
I went and having back and arm pain. within hours they had it figured out that it was my heart. shortly after that they had me and to see a specialist or they placed some stents recovery ways very rapid. I think the whole staff that was caring for me from the doctors to the nurses and those volunteers there to help out. Providence is definitely a blessing.
There is absolutely no information on their website about how to get in touch with their patient advocate. I spoke to three different people on the phone, none of whom know how to get in touch with the patient advocate. I know more about how to reach out to state regulatory agencies than I do about how to speak with an advocate internally. Also- review your medical records frequently if you ever are treated here! There were so many huge mistakes on mine!!
Worst customer service I have ever encountered with a hospital or doctor's office. Took them 4 months to receive a faxed referral from my PCP, because they were "behind a few days". 4 months! Then finally after calling 2-4 times a week, and 4 months later. I was finally able to update my information over the phone and schedule an appointment another 2 months out. The day of my appointment, the Dr calls out sick (which that I'm not upset about, everyone gets sick) I get told that I have to again wait until the end of January ... read more

Holy family has the rudest, unprofessional, ER doctor I’ve ever seen in my life!!! Was so rude I left crying.. I’ll never go back..
