The staff were great and listened to my needs. They took great care of me.
My daughter and I were there in the ER the other day and were so very impressed with the nurses on this shift! They were compassionate, but strong, Treating every patient with respect, but also not taking any disrespect! There were many patients there with challenging personalities, to say the least, and the nurses and security handled every situation well, treating each with much care dignity.
I really appreciate this beautiful and gorgeous nurse Tina. Who help me with everything, for all this week. I will always remember you and miss you. I will visit you some day again. The best hospital ever. They are all so fabulous. I never want to go anywhere else .
I have been terribly mistreated by the medical community since moving here in the winter of 2013. I had fallen on black ice 6 wks after moving here and my relatives took me to Holy Family. Because of them I am permanently disabled and it had affected the level of care I have received since then. The Dr's an Nurses are awsome hear on the kids cancer floor we have been comming sence 6/22/11
Everyone was great. My son had surgery, we were kept informed the hole time about what was going on. Nurses, Doctors and the volunteers all did an amazing job. Thank you. I will say you do need much improvement on your patient pick up after surgery. It's very frustrating the traffic jam and rudeness you deal with trying to pick up your loved one. Truly this should be the easiest part not the hardest.
