RecommendedVCA saved my dogs life. She needed her gallbladder out but she has CHF so our vet referred us to VCA. From the moment we walked in we knew we were at the right place! I can’t thank the doctors, vet techs and all the rest of the staff enough for taking care of my Daisy!
Dr Kortz (neurology) was very kind and caring when we brought in my Miniture English Bulldog, Pumpkin. The overnight vet and all the techs and receptionists put us at ease with their kindness to her. I am sad to say she had to put to sleep last night. But I am grateful to the whole team at VCA for their help.
Buddy was sick and had trouble breathing at 1:30am. I rushed him to the emergency vet but he passed on the way. The staff were accommodating and considerate while I mourned. They took Buddy to a private room so I could spend some time with him. I will always appreciate their kindness in that painful time.
My dog either got stung/but by something and had a bad allergic reaction - at 9:30pm! Recently moved to the area and found this place via Google. I sure am glad I did. I called ahead and when we got there they came right out and took my dog back to make sure that he was stable. Got us checked in quickly and started treatment on my dog. Because of their swift actions, my dog is now fully recovered. Excellent customer service. If you need a specialty vet or emergency care- I highly recommend this place.
