On February 7, 2021 at 9:04am, I called the VCA 24-hour emergency line to request an appointment for my 8 year old dog who was symptomatic with vomiting and severe diarrhea on and off for 6 hours during the night. I explained that he had spent a significant amount of time outdoors that day and given the duration of his symptoms, I was scared he may have eaten something poisonous. Best VCA experience so far! The receptionist was very nice and understanding of the emergency I had with my dog. Went there Friday night since my dog was having a emergency and John the vet tech was extremely understanding and friendly and explained what was going on with my dog very thoroughly. I am very grateful for finding them and having them take a look at my dog. Would recommend if having an emergency.

Had to go here today as my dog ate something she shouldn’t have. Best experience ever. I wish I remembered the girls name who helped me, but I was so upset I was hardly paying much attention. Great place and definitely will be back if something ever happens again.

I can’t say enough good things about this facility and staff. They promptly diagnosed my 7 y.o. cat, Izzy with inflammatory bowel disease and underlying small cell lymphoma and got him on a treatment plan and he is doing great and has a good prognosis. Dr. O’Brien is his oncologist. She is very kind and caring.
