They negligently killed my companion dog !! They thought that they could tell me they were sorry but one phone call would have saved his life!!
RecommendedThe staff here are amazing. Had to bring my furbaby in at almost midnight and they took her in immediately. The took wonderful care of her and were very patient and caring of me as well. 5 stars if I could give them here. Thank you so much for your your care of my furbaby.
I’m so impressed with the staff and the drs at VCMA. They really care about the pets there. I’ve had two dogs that have had brain tumors, resulting in surgery for one and radiation for both. On both occasions they took such good care of my girls. ❤️ They made a very stressful situation seem a little easier. Thank you!!

I brought my cat to this clinic this past Saturday, and all they did was take his temperature, charge me $153.00, then try to get me to pay for even more procedures. When I couldn't afford the outrageously expensive things they wanted to charge me ($70.00 to give him some fluids), then sent him home with NOTHING. No one asked me if I knew how to perform this procedure myself or not, or tried to find an alternative to give my cat some care to alleviate his problem. $153.00 to take a cat's temperature and look at him for a few... read more
Ok, I’m biased, I work here- but our team cares so much about our patients and I’m so proud to work here. I hope you don’t need our help, cause it means your pet is really sick, but if you do, we’re here to give them the best care they can get and help your family through it.
Unfortunately, we have been to this facility on three occasions because of emergencies. The staff has always recognized our pet’s and our stress. They have been kind and patient during some of the saddest and most stressful times. I appreciate the care they provide to pets and the emotional support they provide to owners.
