My family has literally been saved over and over again by the staff, which includes front desk, technicians and doctors. As a mom of special needs animals, and some that are less special needs and just behaviorally special, this facility has become a home away from home. Kind people backed with knowledge and experience is why I keep coming back.
Very understanding about bringing your dog to the vet at 10:30 at night, and quickly let me know everything was going to be fine once they knew what was going on.
Our dog Oscar was rushed into emergency surgery this last week with a life or death ailment. From the moment we walked in, the VCA staff took care of him like he was their own. The surgery went as planned, post op was a breeze and the staff did an amazing job with my baby boy. I felt incredibly confident in their ability to tackle any problem and resolve it with the best possible outcome. You are in wonderful hands here and I’m forever grateful for the VCA staff who saved my dogs life.
Even though we received bad news, I really love the way they handled my fur baby, he means everything to me and I felt they understood and loved him too. Would use them again if I had too.
I wanted to thank the staff of VCA. I had a horrendous morning that resulted in having to make the very tough decision to send my beloved kitty (12 years old and has been with me since birth and bottle feeding him) over the rainbow bridge. The staff was so kind and supportive during the unexpected situation I found myself in. Although my heart aches I will be forever grateful to the staff guidance and support.
