Miss Daisey Mae my son's tiny Chihuahua was bit by my daughter's larger dog while playing. We took her to the VCA. emergency vet hospital in Rancho Cordova, where she was seen immediately and recieved the best care possible. The overall experience was scary and stressful and the staff made us feel comfortable and were very explanatory in the treatment of Daisey. I was also pleased that the bill didn't add to the stress. The folks at VCA Veterinary Referral Center (formerly known as Sacramento Surgical Center) are amazing. Very caring about the animal as well as the family. We dont feel like a number at all!
I brought my elderly cat in who had some medical issues. Everyone was so sweet and compassionate. My baby boy suddenly went blind and was also diagnosed with moderate kidney disease. The care, concern and compassion this group gave was unbelievable. Even though I cried through my entire visit I was made to feel as though it was all a normal feeling.
