This afternoon as I was ascending the staircase to the parking garage, a KAISER EMPLOYEE wearing a red KP shirt OPENLY SNEEZED on me while she passed by. She had both of her hands on her cell phone and was NOT WEARING A MASK! She didn't even attempt to cover her sneeze. I am SHOCKED and APPALLED by this behavior. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and asthmatic, and to have my sense of safety ripped away by a CARELESS EMPLOYEE is absolutely unacceptable!

RecommendedWas there for a procedure today and everyone there so professional and courteous. Everyone that I had contact with from front desk thru intake nurses, anesthesiologist, OR room staff and doctor were kind and caring and took time to listen to questions and explain things - do not make you feel like you are just a number. Great group of people - great facility!

Terrible wait times. Horrible customer service. The transporter’s attitude was ridiculous. They tell you not to use the bathroom for a procedure then have you sitting for 2-3 hours with a full bladder. If you have words with a nurse they move you to the back of the line.
I went to the ER in Coconut Creek because I tested positive for Covid 19 on 6/22. I got pneumonia on 6/28. I have since tested negative for the virus twice which I told them up front. The reason I went there was after 2 weeks I was still having trouble breathing. The dr comes in and asks me why I am there and I explain my whole story and then he said that I should do my research on the virus because if I did I would’ve known that the effects of the virus could last several months so what exactly did I think he was going to d... read more
