Horrible ER service my mother in law was taking by EMS with Covid symptoms this afternoon after X-ray and labs they said she had fluid in both lungs and oxygen levels are low you are discharged to go home. WTF fluid in both lungs, low o2 levels and all you do is change her antibiotic and discharge he. So much for patient care, compassion and did I mention she asked to stay but was told her vitals were stable so she was being discharged. I waited 3 and half hours to be seen in regards to my foot. They gave me no answers, ideas of what they thought was wrong, true recommendations besides RICE and told me to wait for radiology to look at it. Have not heard anything from them since.
RecommendedI’ve only had one negative experience and that was that the person scheduling my appointment told me fasting but didn’t tell me that I had to drink a certain amount of water before the test. They were still able to perform the test though. The staff is nice and I haven’t had any other problems.
RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about this hospital. Every single nurse, doctor, tech, etc...was amazing, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had no idea how wonderful this place was, I highly recommend.

You falsely claimed that my grandfather died of COVID but at JFK he was tested as negative! he didn't die from COVID. YOU ARE LIARS. THAT IS MEDICARE FRAUD AND MY FAMILY AND I ARE LOOKING INTO HOW TO LEGALLY DEAL WITH THIS.
RecommendedThank you so much for the friendly and caring staff. We had to go to the ER. It was super busy. The whole staff was polite and doing their absolute best. They were great. We went last night and had an amazing nurse named Jessica. She was hands down the best nurse I’ve met in my time. Super upbeat and knew her stuff. So positive and she had a lot going on. Beyond thankful that we got the pleasure of meeting you. Thank you DMC!!!
