I am LIVID!!!! I am a caregiver for a man who has many, many DVTs and PEs. I took him to his appt, along with his service dog. After he was checked in we sat down in waiting room and the fat lady with the ugly haircut came over to us and said the dog had to go. I explained he was the service dog with the man I brought. She said she needed proof. This is a direct violation of FEDERAL LAW!!!! RecommendedHave been going to them for many years and both my wife and I think that Dr. Hayes Arnold is just the best. Always helpful, never in a hurry to push you along to get to next patient. Trust is a key with a doctor/patient relationship. We both feel that trust when Dr. Arnold prescribes treatment. Some of the office staff have been there for many years also, a good indicator of a great practice.
