RecommendedFirst time with a new GI and it was a tele-med appointment! I was extremely pleased! Dr. Ali was ON TIME, relaxed, listened well and I felt like he really cared! Gave me great info, so I scheduled my procedure with him! Office staff is outstanding... kind, help, responsive and ATTENTIVE... never had to repeat myself!

Horrible experience with doctors and nurses, we’ve been passed around from doctor to nurse to doctor to nurse and have not been given a clear answer about ANYTHING. We have serious doubts about the intelligence and competence of the staff at West Boca Medical Center. Update for all reading: after repeatedly calling them and giving the hospital staff our number, they said that they had the wrong number for us. It’s unclear if this is incompetence or malicious behavior.

RecommendedTop quality providers; the very best for several different eye issues. This group has seen my family for Glaucoma, Retina and macular degeneration issues, as well as glasses and contact fittings. I have seen different eye groups while living out of state which has given me a basis for comparison. The Sabates group are experts and have seen me at several locations on the Kansas and Missouri side depending on my schedule. The office staff in all of the locations I have visited have been very professional, and kind.
