I went to the Acorn Drive location on Saturday for an eye infection. It was about 20 minutes before they closed and they clearly had no interest in helping me. My eye was very inflamed. The person looked in my ears, and that's all she did. I would have thought you'd look more closely at my eye. I spent about 5 minutes with her, and she wrote an antibiotic prescription for me and also told me it may be eye shingles. I left feeling it was a waste of time and will visit my eye doctor on Monday. They were clearly just interested... read more

The staff are fantastic, but the systems are broken. It’s sad to think of this hospital as being “less than”........I grew up in Framingham and up until recently had full faith in the institution. Not anymore. After two hospital visits this month with my husband, I am not impressed with their care. The staff are overworked. Very sad! I received a call from a case worker that wasn’t related to my husband - she shared with me she is covering two floors of patients....how sad. This doesn’t even touch all of my experiences......... read more

RecommendedEven in the midst of Covid-19...the patients are taken care of with personal & professional grace. Dawson was checked out 2 weeks ago & surgery was immediately planned. Highly recommended by me & my 11 year old.
