RecommendedI recommend kaiser but .... I did a covid test it suppose to take 2-4 days not a week or more pls fix it this is unacceptable people are suffering bcuz the almighty kaiser got a back log ... look kaiser problem solve this there is a way but I guess only the severe get fast track everyone should be on the fast track
RecommendedMy overall experience was great. The staff was very welcoming and informative. I was nervous and they helped to make the process as smooth as possible. From the nurse that did the intake to the nurse who discharged me, they kept me well informed and comfortable. The office followed up with me several times to ensure all was well. I was very satisfied with my overall experience and highly recommend.
