I was having a problem with my left eye and was concerned enough to call my eye doctor. They made an appointment and I asked what time the appointment was and the girl said, "right now!", they were concerned too. Have been going to Sabates for years and would not want to go anywhere else.
Have felt very comfortable and at ease turning my sight over to these skilled doctors. I felt lead to pick Sabata's Eye Center and feel their attention to detail is a 10. Thank you for all your wonderful follow up as well.
I've been to the office now at least 4 times. Everyone from the time you walk in are friendly and helpful. The Technologists that do the first eye exam's are fantastic. They have good team work and are very pleasant. One of the test I had the technologist was still learning what she said was a new system. Matt came in with her and assisted her with comfort and ease. My husband had a traumatic eye injury at the beginning of Dec. We initially met Dr Macaluso outside of the trauma surgery room. We continued seeing her at Sabates (Independence and Leawood) and could not be happier with the staff at both locations, everyone is so friendly and our appointments generally don’t take longer than an hour!
