This is an awesome place to go get your eyes examined! Everyone is super nice!!
The rudest people ever. Front desk staff is nasty. The girl that does the exams is not nice. They scheduled us at the wrong location and blamed us. Horrible place! Stay far away!!!!
Very professional and very thorough. A very well run office. I was in and out in one hour and that included some specialzed testng and 2 doctors checking the results.
Dr. Macaluso kept me from going blind plus she’s super hot :0
Because my insurance plan only covers a no-cost annual checkup, this is what I requested and instead, an additional new test (tear osmolarity) was given that was outside of a standard checkup. Consequently, I was charged a $50 co-pay when I should have been charged. This is my first experience with Sabates and unlike all my previous experiences with annual exams, this is the first time I was charged a copay. Excellent care. All are courteous, helpful and professional.
My experiences at Sabates have been excellent. Appointment times have been prompt and the staff courteous and friendly. Any issues I have had with my eyes have been handled Promptly and to my satisfaction.
I've been seeing the folks at Sabates for many years and have never been unhappy. Last year, Dr. Macaluso performed my cataract surgery which turned out great. I'll see her next month for a minor procedure and am totally not worried about anything. These folks are so nice they even hand you your eye scrip needs and tell you upfront that if you'd prefer to "eyeglasses are us" they don't mind. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my exam or for my glasses.
