Dr. Arnold was so patient with me as I explained my medical history. He gave me the pros and cons without making me feel rushed and guided me in making a decision based on my health level. I went to Dr. Arnold because I took my elderly mother to him several years before for numerous appointments. He was so kind and gentle I decided that is who I wanted to go to.

My dtr was tested there for COVID 19 and now it’s been 6 days, we yet to hear back with the results. We had to find out on the portal. It shows how they care for the patients. (What a joke)

Make it easy for customers to get a message / talk to their doctor. On Thursday I called 800-464-4000 to have a consultation with a specific doctor, I was told I needed to call 424-328-2460 on Monday since their offices would be closed on last Friday. On the Kaiser Website this doctor's phone number is published as 310-325-5111. I called the 424 number and it was a recording. I left a message this morning asking someone to call me back. 7 hours later, no one called. I tried calling the 310 number, which I got "You're on hold... read more

My mother has a long history of serious surgery procedures and never have I ever witnessed such comprehensive and holistic care. Every component of staffing possessed humility, compassion, humanity and palpable care for my mother. Even in having to navigate COVID precautions -- waiting at home during the surgery, remaining confined to her room during her stay -- the staff made sure I remained informed throughout her 7+ hour surgery and made her and myself comfortable during our nearly week long stay. I feel as though we were... read more

I had a huge lomg review typed out about how horrible this place is but Facebook quit and I lost my post so I might post it later but to summarize, they threaten minors with strip searches and make inappropriate comments to us during the search, when nurse attempted to kill me due to her own stupidity and negligence, and they they withheld my medication.

Horrible ER service my mother in law was taking by EMS with Covid symptoms this afternoon after X-ray and labs they said she had fluid in both lungs and oxygen levels are low you are discharged to go home. WTF fluid in both lungs, low o2 levels and all you do is change her antibiotic and discharge he. So much for patient care, compassion and did I mention she asked to stay but was told her vitals were stable so she was being discharged. Upon discharged they put my mother in law outside in 100 degree weather to wait on her ri... read more
