These guys were absolutely great! From sign-in to the final examination, I was comfortable, at ease, and in the hands of people whom I felt had a knowledge of their profession and cared about me as a patient.
Caring and attentive staff. I would recommend this eye center to anyone needing care. I have been their patient for several years and trusted them to remove my cataracts. No problems. I have seen Dr. Jean Hausheer, Dr. Michael Cassel, and Dr.Jessica Price and I am sure the other physicians are as competent as the ones I mentioned.
I am really delighted to have Doctor Abraham Poulose as my doctor after cataract surgery which didn't go well. He is doing all he can to correct the problem that occurred during cataract surgery. I would recommend him to any one in need of retina attention but I am not so happy with doctor that did my cataract surgery. I would not recommend him to anyone. But all in all, Sabates are great.
I went for an eye exam and contact lens exam here today. I have had contacts and glasses for over 20 years and this was by far the easiest and most comfortable exam I have ever had. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I saw Dr. Baumfalk and she was amazing. She listened to me about what I was looking for in new contacts and helped me with exactly what I needed. Nothing more or less. I doubt I will ever go anywhere else for my exams.
Finally an answer to my recent vision issues. They actually take the time to do a thorough assessment and provide answers in a way that I could understand. Highly recommend.
This company is so horrible they don't want people to see the bad reviews. Let the truth ring free. Nelson Sabates is a hateful racist and the world should know.
I went to Sabates Eye Center yesterday fully expecting to be scheduling my cataract surgery. Much to my surprise I did not need the surgery yet! Not only that but when the eye doctor...Dr. Timothy Walline examined my eyes my current eye glass prescription was still adequate so no new glasses were needed at this time!! My technician was superb....Ashley Funk and not just because she was my daughter! I knew she was amazing but I did not realize how much until I was her patient yesterday!! Dr Cassell was great took time to explain the pros and cons of Eye surgery and eye health for the aging. I have complete trust in Sabates and the staff. Thank God for them.
Excellent care and great professionalism from the front desk to the back.
