When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. The best filet I have ever had. Crab cakes were amazing and our server Alan was fantastic.
The stuffed tomato was awesome! My husband received a porterhouse steak.. that was amazing. Salads are huge, they are worth the price. But the sausage bread was the highlight. The most tastiest bread EVER! I highly recommend that bread.
The service was terrible and the food was even worse. Would never recommend this restaurant.
