When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. Russell's is an amazing place. We visited on Saturday October 22nd. Our room was amazing and extremely clean. We were sat in a very nice booth and Mike was our waiter. He was amazing!! The Apple sangria he suggested was great!!Mike and the other staff were all wonderful!! The food was great as usual and the whole visit was as expected!!
