The idea for Ruby’s Diner was born in 1980 after a run on the beach. Doug Cavanaugh had just returned to his native Southern California after successfully restoring and running a restaurant on Nantucket Island off Cape Cod. Always a good time with great service, great food and Great Views . You can dine in or order from the window and watch all the locals and tourists with a big smile on your face and in your belly .

Our waitress was wonderful, the food was SO good. We had a very nice lunch and the view was beautiful! The manager Jack even came around to check on everyone and help with service. Can't wait to go back during the summer ;-)
