Service was fine. Food was meh. Looked good, presentation was good. Salad bar was fresh, but entree was bland
My husband and I were there last night for his birthday first of all. The waitress got an order wrong I asked for well-done steak she gave me a bleeding raw steak second of all while we were eating and other customers were also this young man comes along sweeping the worse pile of dust comes up in the air. My husband son and I went there tonight for our anniversary dinner. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. We ordered a appetizer. All 3 of us ordered salad bar with our meals. The entire meal we had all the finished plates just sitting on the table. The waitress came by several times and asked if we needed anything while never clearing a plate. Everytime I order the wings I end up with one or two bad im paying 10.99 plus tax for basically 7 wings it's a rip off
I love this location. My favorite waiter is marcus. He is great.
RecommendedRussell was our waiter and was awesome. Food was perfect!
My husband and I always enjoy going to Ruby Tuesday for date night. We go often but this last time, we were not happy with the rules changing on the salad bar. I can understand not going back and getting a whole plate to go but it is very wasteful that we can't take what we do have left on our plate. I guess no more salad bar for me.
