At first we were led to a booth where there was a chicken breast on the floor. Moved to a table where there was a hamburger bun on the floor. Sat next to a couple who had to clean their own table. No pepper, no sweetener. Placed an order to go for a chicken plate ( which on the menu said two chicken breasts) when it came to me, there was only one chicken breast and when I asked why I was told I didn't specify that I wanted two pieces of chicken. Called well ahead of time and talked to Gary, the manager, about having an adult's birthday party of 15. We requested a table for 7 pm. We were not seated until 7:28. We did not get out first drink until 7:52 after we all collectively decided we were leaving. Food was delicious and the service was great! The steak was cooked to medium well just as ordered. We especially loved the caramel crunch cake!!!
I called in an order for pick up and when I got home, my baked potato was rotten. Both sides were black! I called to speak with the manager, and he told me that they were busy and make mistakes. He had a nasty attitude when I asked him to replace my meal. He said he would replace the potato but not my meal. The potato was my side so what's left? Horrible manager and I will never go there again!!! Pics of the food are in the comments. Disgusting!
Rude management order wrong one person didn’t get there food until we were all finished. Thanks for ruining my birthday lunch with my family
