I DID NOT LIKE MY SALAD CHOPPED UP, IT TOOK AWAY FROM THE TASTE,WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO ME IF THINGS HAD BEEN SLICED,SALAD BAR DIDNT SEEM TO BE AS FULL OF THINGS.HAD A GOOD TIME COMPANY WAS GREAT,
Disappointed. Ordered the triple play. Shrimp were crispy, no tartar sauce in the house(run to Wal-Mart= customer satisfaction), sauce so thick on ribs overwhelmed the meat, ordered unsweet tea(received sweet-let me correct-all I could taste was sugar-had to return), chicken fingers were not as big as my index finger and would've had to pay extra for salad. The fries were ok. Nope, will not go back. If I could post a, picture I would.

The food was extremely good. The service was just okay. Willie never refilled our drinks but was attentive to our needs. I made a to go order and needed water to go. I was given a 8oz. cup. I asked for water and sprite never received the sprite. Also wasn't told to comeback or thank you. I think he was mad about the water. I will not return visit!!!
My husband, granddaughter and I stopped in for dinner. We We were seated immediately. Our server was attentive and friendly. We got the salad bar. It had a great selection of items and there was an attendant keeping it well stocked. We used a coupon and the three of us ate for about $32.00. (We tip on the original ticket before the coupon discount.) Ruby Tuesdays is one of our favorite restaurants. Too bad the nearest one to our home is about 25 miles away. Because of this we don't go very often.
Normally get good service. Not today. Was put in a booth in back corner. No waitress ever came. Bus boys other waitress came and cleared a table glanced our way. Nothing. So got up, passed the bar where two waitress were sitting looking at there phones. I guess they didn't feel like working. Went to another restaurant and enjoyed good service. Sad day. I guess Ruby is on the way out.
