Still here after 2 hours, waiting for my check. Food was really bad. Steak was unacceptable and Manager made excuses and didn't offer a discount or anything. Rude waitress did not help... Will never be back. Horrible experience. Edited to say... I rarely ever complain or write reviews... It was just that bad.
I could tell as we walk-in that our server had a bad attitude. I smiled at her as we walked in and she rolled her eyes. We sat down and she was very rude, her attitude, her tone, everything. We ordered steak which included 2 sides one being a salad if we wanted. My steak came out wrong but I ate it because I didn’t want to send it back and not know if it would be ok. We received our bill and she added 2 salad bar charges that were supposed to be included. I will not go back.

Don't get me wrong food was good but for the price I could have went to Applebee's. First time ever going to Ruby Tuesday in probably be my last .Waiter got mad because she didn't get a big tip she got a tip I believe $12 is a nice tip .yea our meal in got something to go was $71 I think I will stick with my places..
My wife and I went in today for lunch and noticed they had 4 dollar mixers. I asked what type drinks were included in the specials. She proceeded to reach for the flyer and handed it to me and said "here they are" and asked for my I D. First off the flyer didn't list what type drinks. Second, I am 45 years old, going bald and what little hair i do have is grey. Needless to say, we left. The is the first time we have been back in about 6 months. The last time we were there, we ordered drinks, but they were out of Jack Daniels. Yesterday they are still out of Jack Daniels, question is how to you not have a top shelf liquor on a Saturday night. Manager said we ran out, it happens. Very flippant in her answers to us. This maybe the last time we go back.
Second time I couldn’t get a top shelf drink! Never going back and intend to tell everyone I know.
