I had the privilege of dining there with my manager and several of our wonderful resident's from Presbyterian Manor Apartments in Tarrant, Al. Everything from the food to the service was excellent and Susan the manager! I can't say enough about her, a very sweet person and she make it seems like you all have known each other forever. Thank you Susan and your wonderful staff for making our dining experience one that we will remember always! And we will be back
One of the worst restaurants in Trussville. Can't rate lower.

Not sure why I keep coming back to this location. The restaurant had five tables with people and for some reason we had the bartender as a server. She was surprised by everything we order and had a not so inner monologue about it . Terrible service.

Drove in from out of town Saturday to meet my dad for Father's Day lunch. The food was awesome and the service even better!! Our server, Sheri, was knowledgable, friendly and made sure all 5 of us had exactly what we needed/wanted - she even made sure my 14 year old son never ran out of root beer! The manager, Susan Anderson, took time to speak to us and invited us back. National chains can often be impersonal but Ruby Tuesday Trussville is like eating at a local diner!
