It has been about a year since I purchased my Kia Sportage (my second Kia and my husband is on his third). Kia cars run like a charm, and if there are any glitches (that's life), Royal Kia Service (Scott, you are the best!) bends over backwards to make sure the problems are handled. We recently purchased our 2013 Kia Optima from another dealership in Tucson, (terrible experience so far) long story short it broke 2 weeks later and we trailered it from Safford because it was inoperable, they had us In and out with a fixed car in less then an hour! Phil and Tommy were who we worked with, they were great!
