The customer service here is just amazing! Eddie in the service department goes above and beyond. Eddie always kept me informed with what was going on as well as other customers he was consistently coming to the waiting room and following up with his customers. I have never had such great service as I’ve had today, and I’m still here waiting. I drive a Dodge but I wouldn’t trust my vehicle, my time or customer service anyway else then here! This is a wait I’m don’t mind waiting at all.
Honesty, integrity, professionalism, competentcy, availability of staff to answer calls when open, return calls when promised, and hire highly qualified mechanics would be a great start.
Royal Kia comes thru to make it right!! They go out of their way to serve you and make you a client for life.

just purchased a brand new kia Optima. the service I received from jammie was exceptional. burto was amazing getting my car tinted the same day even though it was short notice. and chris was excellent finalizing my purchase. definitely reccomend this business. keep up the excellent job guys!
