They are great with us my dad would always take his car there.
Don't buy the warranty forever they try and sell you, save yourself the headache. The warranty will go through every hoop to try and not pay up and the dealership will say they can't help you.
Loved my experience buying a car from Royal. Melissa was very helpful, the experience with her was amazing, she answered all my question, she made the process easy, quick and painless. the service department is awesome. they had my vehicle in and out the same day, so I didnt have to miss more than a day of work or rent another vehicle. thank you to the Royal team for everything that you do.
