As a couple looking for a second reliable vehicle and going to other dealerships and the process there being hectic. T.J. Bjork at royal kia was an absolute pleasure to work with. He stayed with us throughout the entire process. He was very professional salesman and did not pressure us into getting a vehicle that we did not want.
