The service department was so rude, condescending, and just plain horrible. They gave me the runaround and told me to take my Sportage to another dealership and refused to give me the diagnostics (or give it to Chapman) or tell me what the recall service was on it a few months ago. After SCRATCHING MY NEW VEHICLE they refused to sell either Chapman or me the paint to fix it.
Royal Kia won me over with quality service when I bought my Kia Sportage. They have continued to provide excellent service as they have maintained my vehicle. I highly recommend!
