I had excellent care at Royal Kia thanks to the help of Keith Pratt. Answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them). And together found the perfect car that was meant for me. I will definitely be using them again (but not anytime soon).

When you are in Royal Kia of Tucson you find that the sales persons are friendly and willing to help each other. No high pressure and also I don't know about your experiences but I hate the dealerships that you go into - they are not friendly to each other and then when you tell them what you want they try to sell you something else. The biggest thing is there is no running back and forth to the boss ten times to get the price that you want.
This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, Justin Rade bent over backwards to find us a great used Kia for the price we were looking for. I highly recommend Royal Kia to everyone.

An absolutely wonderful experience to say the least! I had the pleasure of working with Melissa, who found me exactly the kind of pre-owned car I wanted.
