I received a promotional flyer where I had to scratch to see if I won a car. Turns out I won but had to go to the KIA dealership to see what I won. I went yesterday with my daughter just for fun. I assumed I had won a keyring with KIA written on it. I was helped by a very nice and helpful saleslady named Melissa. She talked a good talk and even took us for a test drive. Started out bad then ended great! Tom Rice was an AMAZING sales man. Never have been treated so "awesome" by a salesman. He took care of us and made sure we were getting the things we deserved. Had some issues with the car & managers, but as soon as I got to corporate everything got taken care of and we ended with a smile on our faces! Thank you to both Tom and Todd for helping and taking care of us!!
