We purchased a 2012 soul have worn out 3 Set's of rear tires alignment is out of spec's and Kia and Royal won't work with us straight axle something is bent can only install plastic shim $300 dollars
Great teamwork! Best experience shopping for a car. No pressure. The staff works as a team and treat you like you're family. The waiting room is so comfortable and nicest one I've ever seen. They even have a little kids playroom! So cute! Every Kia teammate has an upbeat spirit and you can see that they love what they do.
the staff was excellent no pressure at all. Unfortunately the 2015 Kia Soul does not perform as well as advertised my 2012 Kia Soul. 27 to 32 miles per gallon in the city and on freeway the 2015 only gets 21 to 23 miles per gallon very disappointing hopefully they fix this

Service department always treats me well and gets me in and out. Love it here. And my car isn't even a Kia.
Kia's roadside assistance is willing to leave 2 of my family members on the side of the road. I have a Sportage with 1600 miles on it and am now stranded on the side of the road in some tiny town in the middle of no where. There are 4 of us and Kia will only transport 2 of us to the next town To get a rental. I guess it's ok for 2 of us to wait for hours in the middle of no where. Wesley the "manager" was rude and no help at all. He kept telling us our benefit is this. I bet he'd be fine if it were him stranded on vacation. ... read more
Worst service department I've ever delt with. They know nothing about any other car except Kia but yet sale other ones, just so you can buy there and all their warranties just to be sent to the actual dealships of that make.
I purchased a 2014 KIA SORENTO i love it! The salesman was great! Service was excelent! :)
