The sales person, Russell Rodriguez was absolutely fantastic!!! First, we told him that my friend doesn't last very long before she gets so tired or gets a headache! She's recovering from major surgery and chemo. Anyway, with Russell and his team they all worked hard to get us a 2016 KIA Soul at a great price and all the options I wanted... including a fantastic warranty!!!!!!!! Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Would never come here again.
I made a oil change appointment and when I got there they ask me what I was there for. What's the point of making an appointment. If I have to explain to the greeter what I'm there for. The greeter should read the appointment card and ask me if I want something else done to the car. Bad service and slow. Took me 30 min to help them understand and to pay.
I love this place. Brought 2 cars there and son brought 2 also. Maintenance Department is great. One reason why we buy there.
