He was extremely professional, providing me with details of what the job entailed, and resolved the issue I had with my basement drain. He was also very courteous, and patient, answering all my questions and concerns related to the issue. I called Roto-Rooter on Christmas Eve after going to Home Depot for some drain cleaner. I spoke to rep there about my problem and he suggested I contact Roto-Rooter. To my surprise they sent a very knowledgeable plumber, Enea DeSimone, to my house. He listened to my problem in detail and asked questioned. He diagnosed and solved my clog in my main drain which was backing up in my tub. There was no pressure, just recommendations and suggestions. The dispatcher understood that my need was urgent and promised a technician would arrive asap. She continued to keep me updated as to when my tech would arrive. When James #7432 arrived, he listened, understood and started to tackle the problem right away. James was polite and had great patience with us. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again Thank you

Contacted Roto-Rooter in about 45 minutes Apolo was here snaked the problem and we were finally clear to use water in the house it was backing up in the basement since we don't have sewers here. He was great explained the options of how it could be done. He started with the easiest approach and it worked within minutes the water was going out of the house. Would recommend highly.

Contacted Roto-Rooter Sunday morning with a clogged main drain line. The technician was at the house within one hour. Apolo Technician No. 1853 was very efficient. He diagnosed the problem, explained my options along with anticipated costs, and had the drain unplugged in less than an hour. Excellent service. I highly recommend them!

The online Roto-Rooter scheduling process was easy and efficient. The two technicians (one in training) who arrived were thorough and the trainer knowledgeable. They explained the nature of the repair, the cost and time involved to complete the work clearly. After the work was finished, they showed me exactly what they had done. I was glad to have a one-year warranty on the repair.
