Excellent, courteous service! 1/26/11 – We called Roto-Rooter to have some routine maintainace done, and it turned out we needed to have serious work done on ou drainage pipes. When Wilson, the service technician came to the house, he was very knowledgable and professional. He made a decision to look at the inside of the pipes with a camera and he found this problem with our pipes,and he actually saved us money! Arrived within 2 hours of our phone call – Prompt and polite.The plumber fixed our initial problem and helped trouble shoot potential future issues. Very helpful and thorough. We would use the Providence Roto-Rooter again.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1-1-2011 – After waiting for 4 days for a local plumber to come fix two leaking faucets, I finally decided to call Roto-Rooter out of the Providence office. From the time of my call on Friday evening on 12-31-2010, I was kept informed of the technician arrival by looking online. A Complete Job – Dec. 22, 2010 By John Visich, Cranston My main waste water drain was backed up and after a fruitless attempt on my own to clear the line with a small snake I decided to call Roto-Rooter instead of renting a machine. Professional Service – I had a back-up in my basement and immediately called Roto-Rooter in Providence. Wilson and Jim arrived and went right to work. They worked very diligently to clear a blockage in my main waste water line from the house to the sewer. They isolated the blockage...and worked at it for over two hours...but to no avail. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/5/2010 – Had a terrible problem... main line to sewer backed up into house, flooding basement with stuff too nasty to discuss. Dispatcher cheerful, helpful. Promised quick service (near midnight on a Sunday in Providence, RI!). Plumber arrived earlier than scheduled. Explained work, fee schedule, quickly got to work and fixed the problem. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/30/2010 – Jim Hoxeng ,plumber, from the 1195 Broad St Providence,RI was excellent. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He explained the inspection and estimate. roto-rooter plumbers 11-24-10 – I called Roto-Rooter on November 24th in regards to my drain being very sluggish, the providence branch at 1195 Broad Street Providence, RI imediately gave me an appointment. The plumber who came to my house was Ann, she was very helpful and in a short time had my problem solved. I would not hesitate to call them again or would be please ro recommend them to friends.
