Had a clogged laundry line/main drain issue. Both Techs. Ryan (3158) and Chris (4635) were professional, efficient and very informative regarding my situation. Very prompt and thorough with dealing with my old cast iron pipework. Would definitely recommend .

Need a plumber, definitely call RotoRooter. We were served by Chris4635 who was very professional and polite. He arrived within the time frame projected and provided all the info on our options. He was neat, clean and worked very quickly. We had a second floor toilet that required an auger. The work was accomplished fast with excellent results (whoosh!!!). Done in 1 hour.

Within 45 minutes we had a plumber at our door. He was awesome! Paul diagnosed the problem within minutes and took care of it. We would recommend Roto-Rooter without hesitation

I have to say they did a great job. My house has the worst sewer line any house can have. The clog was so far away that normal drain cleaning efforts could not get the job done. In the end I was glad that I called Roto-Rooter. I had no clean-out for my main line. They were able to find the line outside the house, go down 7ft. Underground and put in a much need clean out. I believe John and his crew were great. The equipment that they brought with was amazing. Like I said I'm really glad I called Roto-Rooter.

My kitchen sink, bathroom vanity and tub suddenly got clogged over the 4th weekend. I called Roto Rooter and received a nice response from the person answering the telephone.I was told a technician would arrive in about an hour and I would be notified when he was on the way which I was. The technician arrived promptly and was extremely courteous and polite. The service technician Richard Burr wad one time and curtious. He fixed the issue and explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. He is very knowledgeable. I have never saw the sink work that well before honestly. We are more than satisfied! He even explained how to use the product he left to us. Exellent customer service on their behalf. Richard helped out so much. We will be continuing our business with Roto-Rooter! Thank you again
